You have every right to live the life style that you chose as long as it is within the law. Among the life style choices that you have is the right to self medicate with herbs and spices. If you chose to do this, please do so with knowledge. Many of the herbs and spices that we sell can be extremely dangerous IF they are not handled properly. There are many places on the Internet and many wonderful books to find information on self treating with herbs. The correct herb at the correct dose will work for you, however the wrong herb at an improper dose could either give you no effect or be poisonous. Please know what you are doing before you self medicate. Also, please do not ask us for medical advice, we are unable to provide it.

We try to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. If you can not find what you are looking for, please ask, we will try to find it at no additional cost to you.

Personal Information: Your personal information will never be sold, or given away to any third party for any reason.

Ordering: Credit Card and COD orders may be placed through our secure ordering system. For all other orders, please do a screen copy of our order form, print it on your printer and mail it to us with your check or money order.

Payment: A $2.00 processing fee will be charged on all orders under $10.00 (not including shipping charges). Payment may be made with cash, check, money order, Letter of Credit, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover/Novus. We can also ship UPS - COD. The UPS-COD fee is $6.75.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Most packages are shipped by UPS ground service unless we are otherwise directed. Please add estimated shipping charges to your order (about 20% on small orders) or use the "UPS Rate Calculator" found at the Checkout Stand. Call us if you need help. We charge actual shipping costs to you and will be happy to bill or credit you the difference.

Damaged Merchandise: If you receive a package that is damaged, please notify the carrier immediately. We can not file the damage claim for you, but we will help you any way that we can on US mail or truck shipments. On all UPS shipments the shipper MUST file the claim. All packages shipped by UPS and most other carriers are insured, however the claim must be filed as soon as the shipment is received.

Special Services & Larger Quantities: Most herbs and spices on the world market are available to us. We will be happy to try to locate any that are not in our catalog. There is no additional charge for this service. Please request pricing for quantities larger than shown in our catalog.

Returns: We stand behind our products 100%. Any product may be returned, freight pre paid, as long as you return it within 5 days of receipt. We will issue you a full credit for the product that you are not satisfied with.

Commercial Accounts: Please provide your business name and your resale number, we will be happy to mail you our wholesale catalog. If you know your costs, you are welcome to use our Internet ordering system. If you have ordered from us in the past please include your customer number. If you do not know the prices, please indicate "Quotation Only" in the comments section of the order form and we will be happy to Email or Fax you a quotation.
